Around the side of the island from the big fort are cliffs where the team likes to go to jump off. The group has to go in the morning so they are not interfering with fishermen. The group enjoyed diving off several points at the cliffs. In the afternoon most of the group worked in […] Read more

Most of the team went over to the feeding center. With the climate on the island pain degrades and mildews quick. We scrapped the walls and repainted them. The whole team went to the cistern site. This cistern will serve the mission clinic, feeding center and eventual housing for medical teams. We finished digging out the hole to make it square. We headed out from RDU to Miami to Cartagena to Bocachica. It was a long day but so good to be heading back to Proyecto Libertad the mission in the island community of Bocachica. We had a team of 20 with most of us returning. This was my 4th trip. […] Read more
